According to a new Executive Order signed by J. B. Pritzker (Governor of Illinois) We can perform marriages ON-Line Legally!
While I would still rather be there in person with you, we all know that may not be possible. Now, you can get married at home, using Zoom or any other two-way audio/video transmission software.
Here the particulars:
1) Both partners must have a photo and they must hold it up to the camera during or prior to the ceremony
2) Attest to the fact that they are in the county that their marriage certificate was generated
3) Mail me the marriage license. I will sign it and complete it and file it.
